In March, Kate Swoboda at Your Courageous Life made a video that swept through Facebook and around the Internet. (You can find it here). After receiving many comments from people all over the world, she had an idea for another video, one in which other women shared their wisdom. So she sent out a call. I answered. I submitted a photo and a few words of my own wisdom.
And she used my submission. Which is pretty cool and empowering.
But you know, even if you don't watch it for my contribution (about 3+ minutes in), the whole thing is pretty darn inspiring anyway.
